Marjorie M. Archer, 90, formerly of Three Oaks, Michigan died Saturday morning, October 9, 2010 at Country Manor Care Center in Bridgman, Michigan. Marjorie was born May 6, 1920 in Three Oaks to Robert and Martha (Long) Kahne. She graduated from Three Oaks High School and on December 8, 1941 she married Charles R. Archer. He preceded her in death on June 28, 1993.
Marjorie was employed as a seamstress at Gerber Babywear in Three Oaks for 20 years. She was a member of St. John Church in Three Oaks. Survivors include her sons, James (Mary) Archer of Three Oaks and William (Judi) Archer of Mooresville, North Carolina; grandchildren, James, Susan, Shari, Corey, Katherine and Kevin; great grandchildren, David, Savannah, Hunter, Madison, Gibson and Brody. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Hulda Kruger and Louise Russell.
