She was born on June 15, 1927 in Buena Vista, GA, to her late parents; Norman Redding and Rosalee McClough. Mrs. Williams worked as a homemaker, as well as at the Bus Station Café and later owned Marion Biscuits.
Survivors include her loving children; Bertha Mae (Robert) Grier of Marietta, GA, Michael B. Williams of Dallas, GA, Ruby Edwards of Mableton, GA, Melvin Williams Jr. of Dallas, GA, Peggy Tillard of Dallas, GA, four brothers, three sisters, nine grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
