Marion Liana Burton, 92, of Severna Park, MD passed away on October 11, 2020 in Severna Park. Marion graduated from Hibbing High School in Hibbing, MN. In 1946, Marion moved to the Washington D.C. and met Desmond Burton, who was serving in the Navy. They were married in 1947 and remained married for 67 years until Desmond’s passing in 2016. Marion is survived by her sister, Irene Rodgers of Ely, MN., as well as two daughters, Linda Diane Hill of Severna Park, MD and Nancy Donald of West Palm Beach, FL. Marion was grandmother to Jennifer Ann Gilles (Hill), William Christopher Hill (Deceased) and Tanya Bechtel and great-grandmother to Amelia Anne Hill and Abigail and Ryan Bechtel.
