Marion Fogle-Anderson 96

She died on Wednesday, October 28, 2020 at Blanchard Place in Kenton. She was born on September 23, 1924 in Mt. Sterling, Ohio to the late James and Josephine (Gabriel) Dozer. She married Lowell D. Fogle on August 21, 1941 and he preceded her in death in July of 1979. She then married Willis Anderson and he survives.
Also surviving are a son; Daren (Cheryl) Fogle of Kenton, 3 daughters; Gerry Waugh of Marysville, Sue (Jerry) Walters of West Liberty, Cindy (Bob) Culver of Louden, TN, 2 step children; Jocelyn (Brian) Kavanaugh of West Mansfield, Robert (Lisa) Anderson of Lima, a sister-in-law; Marilyn (Paul) Pemberton of Kenton, 11 grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother; William Dozer, 2 sisters; Virginia Dowdy, Charlotte Morehead, a great-granddaughter; Shelby Crews, and 2 son-in-laws; Sandy Waugh and Bob Leopard.
Marion worked for the Supervalue Grocery Store in Kenton for 14 years and as a hostess for the Plaza Inn later in life.
She was a member of the St. John’s Evangelical Church in Kenton, the Culture Club in Kenton and the West Mansfield King’s Daughters club for 50 years.
Marion loved people and never knew a stranger. She was made an Ambassador of Blanchard Place to help make new residents more comfortable.
She enjoyed traveling and going on cruises. She also loved to listen to music and dance, especially square dancing.
