Alfreda M. Edson, formerly of Shalimar, Florida, passed away on February 27, 2008. Mrs. Edson was born on April 22, 1932 in Ontonagon, Michigan, the daughter of Alfred and Marion (Guilbault) Lavigne.
On July 18, 1953, in Otsego, Michigan, she was married to Robert A. Edson, who preceded her in death.
Surviving are four children; Michael Edson, Theresa Martin and husband Richard, Scott Edson, Julia Oertle and husband Bradford. Eight grandchildren; Aaron Edson, Melissa Barron, Dicky Martin, Kayla Edson, Kassidy Oertle, Chloe Oertle, Anna Edson, Sara Edson and one great granddaughter; Emma Barron.
