Marilyn Lee (Vance) Waugh
April 16, 1931 – January 15, 2017
Marilyn Lee (Vance) Waugh went to be with her personal Lord and Savior after a blessed life and well fought battle with congestive heart failure. Missy, as she was known to her loved ones, never let her health or hardships define her faith or warm presence. A genuinely fine woman in Christ, she will be forever remembered for her warmth, acceptance of circumstances, and love of life and the people around her with whom she shared it.
Missy was preceded in death by her loving husband, Jack. She is survived by her daughter, Anne Cloyed (Chris); her sons, Glenn (Linda) and Thomas (Lorie); 15 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
She was an active member in PEO, many past and present scripture studies, Christian Women’s Club, cancer survivor and board work, outpatient surgical volunteer for almost four decades at Poudre Valley Hospital, and a docent at Colorado Volunteer Center in Fort Collins. She was an extremely accomplished artist and painter.
