Marilyn Susan (Engskov) Slavik, 85, of Nampa, died unexpectedly at a Boise hospital on June 12, 2018.
Marilyn, beloved wife and mother is survived by her husband, Frank Slavik; children, Dawn and David Castrucci Napa, CA and Dana and Susan Slavik, Penryn, CA; grandchildren, Tyler Castrucci, Austin Castrucci, Abigail Castrucci, Max Slavik and Kate Slavik. She was cherished by her surviving siblings; Louise Dungan, Paul Engskov, and Mark Engskov.
Marilyn was born March 1,1933 in Omaha, NE, the first child of Pearl and Gunnar Engskov. She went to Dundee Elementary and graduated Omaha Tech High School in 1951, then on to Creighton University where she earned her RN degree.
Marilyn gathered dear friends everywhere she lived. She was devoted to her family and will be sorely missed.
