Marilyn Rome Kilmer, age 83, of Picayune, MS, passed away Friday, August 3, 2018. She was a native of Sussex, New Jersey. Miss Marilyn was a retired Baker for Binder’s Bakery and McKenzie’s Bakery in New Orleans, LA. She was a former resident of Chalmette, LA until 2005. Miss Marilyn was a member of the Baptist . Shepherd, Jr., and Burt Haggist Kilmer, is survived by her two daughters, Charlene S. Nikolaus and Jill Kilmer Beebe; her two grandsons, Sandy C. Nikolaus Jr. and Justin G.. Nikolaus, Sr. and Corey J. Beebe. A special thanks to her kind neighbors and special church friends in Picayune, MS…Ms. Kilmer will be laid to rest in a private ceremony at St. Bernard Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Chalmette, LA.
