Marilyn Jeannine Westmoreland passed away Monday, January 18, 2021 at her home in Roy, surrounded by her family. 

She was born on January 27, 1933 in Lebanon, Kansas to Ada and Loren Turner. 

Marilyn married Robert James Westmoreland on July 17, 1953 in Tucson, Arizona. Her and her family lived in many areas throughout the United States and the Orient during her husband’s Military Service. 

Marilyn worked as an office manager in shipping and receiving for the Boeing Company.

She loved the outdoors, camping, fishing, hunting, and boating. She enjoyed quilting and sewing. She was an avid fan of her son’s little league football and later in life she wouldn’t miss the Sunday and Monday night football games. 

Survived by her two sons: David (Giovanna) Westmoreland and Michael Westmoreland, seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. 

Preceded in death by her husband, parents, daughters Nancy Hyde and Susan Russell and her sister Joan Niernberger.
