Marilyn J. Wells, 86, of Anderson, passed away on April 2, 2015 at the St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital. She was born on March 10, 1929 in Chicago, Illinois to Henry and Grace Holst. Marilyn attended Elmhurst College in Elmhurst, IL.
She worked for RCA Records and Moody Radio both in Chicago. She later became a homemaker to raise her family.
Marilyn is survived by her loving husband whom she was married to for 63 years, Joseph F. Wells; son, Joseph F. Wells of Anderson; grandchildren, Jesse F. Wells and Allyson (Chris) Smith; and great-granddaughter, Hadley Smith. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, Paul S. Wells; sister, Janet Grace (Robert) Langton, and her parents.
