MERIDEN – Marilyn J. Eureka, 62, of Meriden, passed away peacefully on March 4, 2016, at Smilow Cancer Center, surrounded by her loving family. She was the adored wife of Eugene Eureka, Jr.
Marilyn was born in New Haven on June 7, 1953 to the late Charles and Gemma Adams. After retiring from 3M in Meriden, she spent most of her time enjoying her family, taking long walks by the beach, cooking, knitting, and especially her red Cadillac.
Besides her husband, Marilyn will be sorely missed by her two children: Adam Eureka of PA, and Michelle Eureka of MA. She also leaves behind her brother Daniel Adams of Wallingford; and her sister Lorraine DellaValle (Don Ablamsky) of Cheshire. Marilyn leaves two nieces: Angela Della Camera and Pamela Fusco, one nephew: Curt DellaValle, as well as many cousins, other extended family, and many friends.
