Marilyn F. (Moores) Ford, 72, of Woodbury, died Sunday, June 10, at Waterbury Hospital. She was the beloved wife of Gary W. Ford.
Mrs. Ford was born November 30, 1939 in Bridgewater, Nova Scotia, daughter of the late Pastor Philip and Doris (Bancroft) Moores. She graduated from Atlantic Union College in Lancaster, Massachusetts before working as a high school teacher, a hospital nutrition specialist, and a fashion consultant for Beeline Fashions.
She also held a passion for dollhouse miniatures and was an artist specializing in creating small-scale miniature pieces.
