Marilyn F. Cline Armes, age 79, of Jonesboro, IN, passed Friday, April 18, 2014, while wintering in Florida at Ocean View Nursing Home in New Smyrna Beach, FL.
She was born May 17, 1934 to the late Robert H. and Clarissa K. (Cook) Kendall. She Graduated from Van Buren High School Class of 1952.She enjoyed computers, taking pictures, social contact for camping groups, and wintering in Florida. She had been previously employed in food service having worked at both Indiana Wesleyan University and Marion Community Schools. The family would like to acknowledge the nursing staff and personnel of Ocean View Care Facility for all of their kindness and support.
She is survived by her husband; John L. Armes, Sr.They married December 21, 1988 at Jonesboro, IN Two Sons: James P. (Debbie) Cline, Hallsville, Texas and Kim D.(Tammie) Cline, Edgewater, FL Step-son: John L. Armes Jr., Jonesboro, Indiana Six Grand Children: Kimberly Vest, Nora (Stan) Cimms, Tasha (Darrell) Coccagna, Shane D. (Nikki) Cline, Shane T. (Bethany) Thompson-Cline, Rob (Brenna) Cline and Josh (Carey) Stapp. 13 Great-Grand Children adding one more in August.
She was preceded in death by a brother Harold L. Kendall.
