Marilyn E. Rutherford passed away Saturday, Aug. 10, 2013 at the age of 63. She was a lifetime resident of Mobile, AL. She was a dedicated and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend with a heart of gold. She loved life to the fullest enjoying fishing, gardening, animals, and babies. She was an active member of the Mobile Mystical Ladies Mardi Gras Organization.
Marilyn was preceded in death by her parents, James and Carrie Ezelle.
She is survived by her loving husband, James M. Rutherford; three sons, David (Leigh Ann), Edward (Tammy), and John (Crystal) Spurlock; one brother, Jim (Debbie) Ezelle; two sisters, Carolyn Smith and Karen (Johnny) Gargus; eight grandchildren, Abby, Jamey, Preston, Hannah, Hailey, Sydney, Jacob, and Landon Spurlock; nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
