Marilyn Elizabeth McQueen, 64, of Belton. Ms. McQueen died Monday, June, 22, 2015 in a Temple hospital. Ms. McQueen was born January 6, 1951, in Temple, the daughter of J. C. McQueen and Mildred Louise (Connell) McQueen. She was a graduate of the University of Texas in Austin with a Bachelors Degree of Fine Art.
She retired from the State of Texas, Texas Workforce Commission formerly the Department of Human Services as a Program Specialist for Welfare.
She was a Member of the D.O.E.S. with the Temple Elks Lodge #138. Survivors include son Rick Wesson of Denton, daughter Jennifer Ramey of Orlando; two brothers Bob McQueen of Belton and James McQueen of Humble and three grandchildren, Brittney Wesson, Jake Wesson, and Michael Ramey.
