Marilyn Ann Rigerman Nicholas, age 80, of Cape Canaveral, passed away on November 7, 2020. She was at her home as was her wish. She was born in Batavia, New York on September 9, 1940 and has lived in Brevard County, Florida for more than 50 years. She is predeceased by her husband of 28 years, Leo Nicholas. She is survived by her daughters, Cindy Kolombo, Debbie Brown, and Jean Diaz and her husband, Rico Diaz.

Marilyn founded her accounting firm, M.A. Rigerman and Associates, more than 35 years ago. She worked with many individuals and businesses in the community. Twenty-five years ago, she created a community association management company, M.R.S. Management, working with various condominium and homeowner associations in the Space Coast area.
She was a strong, independent, and generous woman that accomplished much during her life. The song, “My Way” best describes Marilyn’s philosophy of life, in business and even in death. A great lady that had the courage to do it her way. She will always be remembered.
