Marie V. Kaseta, age 88 years, of Plymouth, died Tuesday, June 4, 2019 at the Beth Israel-Deaconess Hospital in Plymouth. She was the wife of the late Vincent M. Kaseta, and the daughter of the late John and Agnes (Collins) McNulty. Born in Milton on June 10, 1930, she was a graduate of Milton High School. She lived for a brief time in Tennessee before moving to Framingham where she along with her husband Vincent, raised their family. She later moved to Barnstable Village where she and her husband enjoyed living the Cape Cod life before moving to the Pine Hills in Plymouth sixteen years ago. Living near the water and swimming were things Marie truly enjoyed. She was a faithful communicant of St. Peter’s Parish in Plymouth, and loved to read and work her daily crossword puzzles. She kept up on current events and politics, especially following and assisting the local Democratic party. Most important to Marie was caring for her family. She was devoted to her husband, children, seven grandchildren and great grandson. She enjoyed cooking large family dinners where there was always room for another at her table. Marie had a great sense of humor and her ability to tell a story with a twinkle in her Irish eyes brought a smile to many and brightened the day of anyone with whom she crossed paths. She will be missed by her children Vincent Kaseta II and his wife Karen of Grafton, Steve Kaseta and his wife Sharon of Rye, New York, Matthew Kaseta and his wife Deborah of South Burlington, Vermont and Maureen Kaseta of Carbondale, Colorado, her grandchildren, Kyle, Shane, Sarah, Devin, Libby, Owen and Ryan and her great grandson Ryder. She was the sister of the late John “Buddy” McNulty, Bernard McNulty, Allison Dennis and Dorothy Price.
