Marie Phillingane Ford, 71, of Youngsville passed from this life and entered the arms of her Heavenly Father on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at her home. Marie was born September 6, 1951 in Chesterfield County, VA to the late Rubert and Gloria Phillingane.
She is survived by her husband, Roy Ford who she was married to for 50 years. She is also survived by her three daughters, Rhonda Harris and husband Mark, Christina Ford and Lisa Ford (Eddie Bailey), four sisters, Yvonne Freeman (Richard Fortenberry), Sherrie Baldwin, Hollie Ritchison (Donnie) and Kimberlie Phillingane, two brothers, Lee Phillingane (Mae) and Michael Phillingane (Melissa) and five grandchildren, Emily Harris, Jason Harris, Jr., Malyshia Bailey, Elyshia Bailey and Isaac Bailey.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Hailey Anderson and Jessica Young two special people in Marie’s life who were her in home caregivers. Thanks for caring for our precious “sugar foot” and loving on her when we couldn’t.
