Marie Parker Coe, 92, of Gulf Breeze died November 10, 2012. She was preceded in death by her parents, C. T. and Emilie Parker, and by her beloved husband, William C. Coe. Before her marriage, Marie worked in private industry and also for over nine years for NASA at the Kennedy Space Center during what she considered NASA’s glory years, where she was intimately involved with the first manned moon shot. Survivors include her husband’s son, James H. Godwin, and his children, Cynthia Godwin Hart, Leigh Godwin Keener, James H. Godwin, III, and Bruce Douglas Godwin, along with her husband’s surviving stepchildren, Daniel Davis, Bobbie Blackwell and Patsy Gorman, along with grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
