Marie N. Meyer, 79, a long time resident of Anne Arundel County passed away at Baltimore Washington Medical Center on March 5, 2012. She was born in Pennsylvania on May 20, 1932. Marie was a generous contributor to many animal advocacy groups and the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation. She enjoyed antiques, reading, collecting Longaberger baskets, and history, especially Colonial Williamsburg and was a collector of their reproductions. She is survived by her husband, Allen R. Meyer; her children, Ronald M. Meyer and his partner Joseph Robinson, Jean M. Meyer and her partner Janet E. Bagsby; her grandchildren, Timothy A. and Christopher M. Meyer; her great grandchildren, Lana E., Rebecca C. and Meredith R. Meyer. Marie is also survived by many friends.
