Marie Moore, 71, of Belton. Mrs. Moore was born January 18, 1941, in Temple, the daughter of Andy and Edith (Starling) Mayes. She was long time resident of Bell County but lived for a few years in Southern California. She married V. V. Moore, Jr. in Troy in 1978.
She was a member of the American Pool Players Association. Mrs. Moore was also a member of Faith Tabernacle Church in Belton. Survivors include her husband V. V. Moore, Jr. of Belton; mother Edith Mayes of Belton, Sons Kenneth F. Fisher of Belton, Bobby Moore of Belton and Ricky Moore of Lemesa; one brother Rickard Townzen of Belton. 12 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
