Neleva “Marie” Johnson, 88, of Temple passed away on Thursday, September 20, 2018 at a Temple nursing facility.
Marie was born on July 25, 1930 in Bell County, Texas to O.J. and Fannie (Slone) Jennings. She grew up in Temple and attended schools there. Mrs. Johnson was a homemaker and attended Trinity Church in Temple.
She was preceded in death by a son, James Arnold Johnson. She is survived by her daughter Nancy Johnson of Temple, six grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
