Marie E. Stiffler, age 63, of Salem, died at 1:34 a.m. Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at the Salem Regional Medical Center. She was born March 12, 1953 in Leetonia, Ohio, the daughter of the late Robert and Rose (Vaughn) Faulkner.
She attended Leetonia High School and was a member of the American Slovak Club.
Survivors include her husband, Buddy Stiffler, whom she married March 24, 1975; a son, Paul (Mary) Stiffler of Salem; a daughter, Shelly (Scott) Shingleton of Salem; three sisters, Cathy (Mark) Pickens of Lisbon, Diane (Ed) Campbell of New Philadelphia, and Wilma Maenz of New Philadelphia; three brothers, Robert (Cheryl) Faulkner of Leetonia, Jon (Cathy) Faulkner of New Philadelphia, and George (Nancy) Faulkner of Unity; and eight grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Timmy Faulkner.
