Marie Ast (nee LaCava), 88, of Holiday City South section of Berkeley Twp., NJ, passed away Saturday, June 2, 2018 at Arbors Care Center, Manchester Twp., NJ. Born in Paterson, NJ, she lived in Wayne, NJ for 20 years before moving to Berkeley Twp. 20 years ago. Marie was an Executive Secretary for Allstate in Wayne, NJ for 20 years.
She was a parishioner of St. Maximilian Kolbe RC Church, Berkeley Twp. Marie was predeceased by her sisters Loretta and her husband Tony, Betty and her husband Carmen and her brother in law Herbie and his wife Evelyn.
She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Joseph Ast, her three sons John Ast of Grand Junction, CO., Joseph Ast and his wife Laura of Glenwood, NJ, Bob Ast and his wife Trish of Douglasville, PA, her sister Connie LaCava and five grandchildren Michael, Brittany, Christopher, Hayleigh and Jeffrey.
