Marie Ann Jarmin
Marie Ann Jarmin, age 89, of Osceola passed away March 24, 2019 at her residence.
Marie was born October 31, 1929, to Joseph and Rose (Hulinsky) Urban at Arcadia, Nebraska. She attended school in Arcadia and after receiving her normal training taught country school in the Arcadia area. Marie moved to Osceola to work at the Osceola Hotel and the Narsteads Dime Store.
She was united in marriage to Harold Clyde Jarmin on April 24, 1957 at the United Methodist Church in Osceola.
To this union three children were born.
Over the years Marie was a homemaker, worked at Jack and Jill, Osceola Record and the Osceola Good Samaritan. In retirement Marie enjoyed working at the Osceola Thrift Store.
Harold passed away April 6, 2017 and Marie continued living on the farm until her passing.
Survivors include one son John (Darla) Jarmin, of Osceola, Two daughters, Jane (Michael) White, of Hanover, Kansas, Julie (Doug) Churchwell, of Lincoln, five grandchildren, four step-grandchildren and 10 step great-grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, on sister, Marcelle Parker of Nucla, Colorado.
