Marie Agnes Conway, Littleton artist and distinguished quilter, passed into eternal peace with Jesus Christ on July 6, 2012. Graduating from Cathedral High School, Marie received the honor of May Queen during her senior year. She enjoyed journalism and a blossoming passion for sewing, creating beautiful ensembles for herself and her two sisters. Marie married David Conway and they recently celebrated their 62nd wedding anniversary. Her love for sewing continued to thrive with the opening “Marie’s” in downtown Littleton in the 1960’s.
