She is survived by husband Taras Lukianczuk, daughter Adria Baus(Carson), granddaughter Sofia Baus, son Marc Lukianczuk(Courtney), sisters Justine Chapelsky(George), Daria Bollinger(Joseph), nieces Donna McClellan(James), Christina Collins(Robert), Kristen Bollinger, nephew Michael Bollinger as well as extended relatives and countless friends.
