Maria M. Lamere, 78, of Providence, passed away last Tuesday after an illness. She was born in Andes Antioquia, Colombia, a daughter of the late Ruben Antonio Marulanda and Celsa Julia Porras. Maria has lived in Rhode Island several years and had been employed as a Registered Nurse at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Providence.
She leaves a son, Carlos Zuleta, 2 daughters, Isabel and Luz Zuleta and 2 brothers, Javier Marulanda all of Providence and Jildardo Marulanda in Colombia. She also leaves 3 sisters, Gabriela Vega of Cranston, Laticia M. de Ruiz and Argemira M. de Ramirez both in Colombia. 5 Grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
