Maria D. Guerrieri, 97, of Bethlehem, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 25, 2015, at St. Luke’s University Hospital, Fountain Hill. She was the wife of the late Carmine Guerrieri, who died in 1990.
Born in Bethlehem she was one of ten children born to Antonio and Clementina (ViVanto) Frisoli. She was a member of the former Our Lady of Pompeii Roman Catholic Church. She enjoyed swimming, her family pets, and travelling to favorite places in Florida and Italy. She loved her family, and especially loved being a grandmother.
Survivors: son Michael Guerrieri and his fiancé Dana Erney of Allentown; daughters Diane Buckhout and her husband Roger of Houston, TX, Lucy Love and her husband Frank of Hellertown; grandchildren Scott and Jeff Buckhout, Frank Love III, Dano and Crystal Guerrieri, Dina and John Skraban; 8 great-grandchildren. Maria was predeceased by her daughter Janine Skraban, her grandchildren Danielle Love and Michael Guerrieri, and by her 9 siblings.
