She was passionate about many things in her life, but her family was her everything – especially her grandchildren.
She loved to “garden” and her favorite plant/flower was the Orchid. She truly had a Green Thumb. Give her a sick or dying plant, and it would come back to life in her care.
Her other passion was cooking, creating her own recipes, and ensuring that everyone was well-fed and taken care of.
Maria is pre-deceased by her loving husband, Jose R. Rosas, and her beloved first-born grandson, Mikael Camacho. Maria is survived by her six children and their families. Her daughter Ana Camacho, son-in-law Gabriel, and granddaughter Celine, and pre-deceased grand-son Mikael. Her daughter Carmen Cassese, and son-in-law Richard. Her son Louis Rosas, daughter-in-law Irene, and granddaughter Erika. Her daughter Dorali Rosas. Her daughter Flor Pfannschmidt, son-in-law Allan, and granddaughters Alyana and Kalani. Her son Michael Castellano, daughter-in-law MariaElena, and grandchildren Michael and Daniel.
Maria is also survived by her two sisters, Ana Cardona and Cecilia Ciprian, and her much-loved nieces and nephews.
