Those left to honor Marguerite’s memory are her three sons, Charles (and Lana) Brewer of Lacona, Iowa; Frederick (and Linda) Brewer of Riverdale, Maryland; Bobby (and Joanie) Brewer of Oskaloosa, Iowa; her two daughters, Karen (and Craig) Clark of Colfax, Iowa; and Billie Jessen (and Ray Muniz) of Des Moines, Iowa; eleven grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Linus and Bertha (Hoffman) Hoch; husband, Ardell in 1990; and her great-grandson, Joshua.
Marguerite was a cook; having cooked at several nursing homes in the Des Moines area and she had owned her own restaurant at one time.
