Margie Lee Williams Johnson, 89, of Candor, passed away suddenly on Thursday, June 7, 2018 at Forrest Oakes Healthcare Center in Albemarle.
She was a native of Chatham County, daughter of the late Kenny & Ada Williams. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband William “Shakata” Johnson, as well as three sisters and a brother.
Survivors: son, Jimmy “Brave Sky” Johnson, of Candor.
Jimmy would like to thank the entire staff at Forrest Oakes Healthcare for the exceptional care they provided his mother, with a special debt of gratitude to Ms. April Baldwin, who looked after her from her admission until the end.
