She was preceded in death by her husband, Martin Albert Butler and parents, James and Margaret Johnston.
She is survived by her children, Mack Butler, Buford, GA, Margie Butler, Toccoa, GA, Sendy Clark, Toccoa, GA, Toney Butler, Buford, GA; sister, Gay Franklin, Munford, AL, Elaine Dunaway, Munford, AL; brother, Robert Jackson, Vincent, AL; and grandchildren, Johnathan Michael Clark and Chelsey Denney.
Mrs. Butler was born April 6, 1936 in Quitman, GA.
She was one of the oldest members of Open Door Baptist Church in Flowery Branch, GA. She was a great mother who loved her children; they were number one in her life. She didn’t know a stranger and had an outgoing personality. She had a sweet gentle spirit.
