Margie Bernice Lewis, 77. was taken by the Lord on Sunday, December 15, 2013.
Margie was born on August 31, 1936 to Charles J. Spicka (deceased) and Freda V. Spicka (deceased) in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. Later in life, Margie moved to Colorado where she met the love of her life, Carl H. Lewis (pass on April 21, 1978). On May 3, 1960, Carl and Margie joined in matrimony. On June 10, 1962, Carl and Margie gave birth to their first baby girl, Kimberly June Lewis. On July 4, 1963, Carl and Margie welcomed their second baby girl, Karla Jean Lewis.
Margie’s kids and grandkids were the most important part of her life. She is survived by her two daughters, Karla Jean Murphy and Kimberly June Lewis; 3 grandchildren, Phillip Carl Lewis (32), Janette Lynn Lewis (28), and Nicholas James Murphy (22). Margie was even lucky enough to meet her one great grandchild, Noah Fischer Lewis (2). Margie lived a fulfilling life and will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
