Margaret A. (Zachidny) Weaver, 84, of West Main Street, Grafton, passed away Friday, November 12, 2010 at her residence. She was born Dearborn, MI, January 28, 1926, the daughter of the late Theodore and Tillie (Zacharo) Zachidny. Her husband, James I. Weaver, preceded her in death May 10, 1999 Margaret is survived by one son, James Clay Weaver,ll and wife Annette of Hagertstown, MD and two daughters; Janice D. Weaver of Morgantown, and Linda M. McCartney and husband Ralph “Scraper” of Knottsville Community, Grafton; seven grandchildren; Diana L. Savage and husband Donnie, Jeremy C. McCartney and wife Tina, James C. Weaver lll, Molly M. McCartney, Gillian N. Strope and husband Steven, Jennifer L. Weaver, and Shawn I. Weaver, fourteen great grandchildren: Cole and Ansley McCartney, Michael and Jacob Strope, Julia English, Kaleb and Emily Hicks, O’Ryan, Payton, Isaac, Avery, and Amore Weaver, and Tyler and Abigail Savage; two sisters-in-law, Ruth Claire Weaver, and Ruby “Jeannie” Musgrove and husband John, all of Grafton; numerous nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by: four brothers; three sisters; and one great grandson, Matthew Strope. Margaret was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She loved to read and was a very good cook, she enjoyed gardening and the beach, and mostly love to spin time with her family. She was active in her church and attended the activities of her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was a member of the Blueville United Methodist Church.
