Margaret “Tilda” Young Strickland Morris, 98, of 156 Thistle Drive, Youngsville, died Friday, June 8, 2007 at Louisburg Nursing Center. Mrs. Morris was born in Franklin County, the daughter of the late Marguerite Clifton Young and Augustus Perrin Young and was a member of Harris Chapel Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Rufus A. Strickland & John D. Morris and by her grandson, Michael Dawson White.
