Margaret Lenore Robertson Lindsey of Greensboro, GA passed away Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at St. Mary’s Good Samaritan Hospital in Greensboro. Born December 28, 1925 in Penfield, GA she was the daughter of the late Lenore Channell Robertson and Llewellyn Hill Robertson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Lindsey, Jr. and her two stepchildren, Buddy and Betty Lindsey. She is survived by six children: Franklin (Shirley) Lindsey, Dorris Lindsey, Roy (Ruth Ann) Lindsey, Hoyt (Brenda) Lindsey, Susan (Ray) West and Carlene Noggle; 27 grandchildren; 55 great-grandchildren; 15 great-great grandchildren; and multiple nieces and nephews.
