Margaret Perrotta, born Meccariello, loving Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother passed away peacefully on Tuesday May 27th. She was 97 years old.
Margaret was born in Airola, Italy on November 15th, 1910 and immigrated to the USA on August 13th 1916 at the age of 6. She married Rocco Perrotta, born in Airola, Italy and living in White Plains, on February 22, 1936 in the Church of Our Lady of Loreto in Brooklyn, NY.
Her husband predeceased her in 1952. She settled in White Plains with her husband and had a daughter, Concetta Perrotta of Harrison, NY and a son, Rocco White Plains. She is survived by both her children, her daughter in-law Gemma Perrotta, her grandchildren Mark Perrotta of Norwalk Ct., Margaret Bernabei and Francesca Allen of White Plains and her great grandchildren Sofia and Emma Bernabei and Ryan Allen.
Internment will be at Mount Calvary Cemetery.
