Margaret Marilyn (Van Loo) Weber, 90, of rural Oglesby, formerly of Ottawa, died on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at home surrounded by her family. Marilyn was born June 19, 1930 in Annawan to Frank and Josephine (Murray) Van Loo.

She was a graduate of Mineral Community High School, Marycrest College, and the College of St. Francis, and worked as a registered nurse. She married Louis J. Weber, Jr. on January 28, 1956, at Sacred Heart Church in Annawan. Marilyn was a member of Holy Family Church in Oglesby.

She enjoyed golfing, playing cards, participating in investment club and book club and, above all, spending time with her family. Marilyn is survived by her seven children: Louis (Erin) Weber III, Kurt Weber, Michelle Yuhas, Therese (Rick) Thompson, Greg Weber, Daniel (Stephanie) Weber, Annette (Scott) Davis, thirteen grandchildren, and one great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Lou on December 12, 2017 and her two brothers, Wilton “Van” Van Loo and Joseph Van Loo.
