Went to be with her Lord Tuesday morning August 18, 2015. Margaret was born August 1, 1926 in Kendall, Michigan a daughter of Mathew and Mary (Simon) Uramkin. She had been a Kalamazoo area resident most of her life and was employed with Allied Paper Company for 22 years before retiring.
Marge was a true lady who married her husband, Bob on October 9, 1948 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Kalamazoo, MI. She and Bob have continued to be members at Trinity throughout their married life. She was an avid flower gardener and enjoyed her dog J.R. Marge and Bob traveled to many destinations throughout their married life with their favorite place being Colorado. She was always available for family members’ needs and wrote beautiful notes in their greeting cards remembering her family and friends. Marge was a woman of substance and an inspiration to all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Elaine Fuller; seven brothers, Michael (Molly) Uramkin, Joseph (Ethel) Uramkin, Matthew (Joyce) Uramkin, John (Margaret) Uramkin, Frank (Marjorie) Uramkin, George Uramkin, and Raymond Uramkin. She is survived by her husband, Robert “Bob” J. Rowe; several nieces and nephews; and a godson, Craig VanMelle of Allegan.
