Margaret “Marge” F. DeLorme, 82, of Seaside Park, NJ, passed away Saturday, November 17, 2018 at Community Medical Center, Toms River. Born in Newark NJ, she lived in Glen Ridge, NJ, Irvington NJ, and Union, NJ before moving to Seaside Park, NJ. Marge was an Operator for Bell Telephone in Newark, NJ and was a Waitress at Joe’s Chadwick Diner.
She was a parishioner of St. Catharine of Siena Church of the Parish of St. Junipero Serra in Seaside Park, NJ. Marge was predeceased by her husband Edward DeLorme in 1998 and her siblings Joseph McDermott and Marie Alterizio. She was also predeceased by her loving Collie, Seamus on 10/21/18.
Surviving are her children Patrick DeLorme and his wife Tara of Seaside Park, NJ, Kathleen DeLorme of Toms River, NJ and Michael DeLorme and his wife Ellyn of New York City; her four grandchildren Abigail Emaleigh, Fallon, and Grace. Marge leaves behind many nieces and nephews including Donna and Margaret Alterizio and Joseph McDermott. Marge also leaves behind her adoring granddog Finneus Neptune.
