Margaret (Peggy) Corcoran, of Southport, beloved wife of the late James J. Corcoran, passed away peacefully Friday, October 19, 2018 at St. Vincent’s Medical Center. Born in County Kerry, Ireland, the daughter of the late Daniel and Bridget O’Connell, she had been a Fairfield and Southport resident since 1955. Peggy retired as a Ward Secretary for the Carolton Chronic and Convalescent Hospital in Fairfield. She was an active long-time member of the Gaelic American Club where she sang in the Glee Club.
