Margaret Louise Blackwell, 78, passed away peacefully in Greenwood, IN surrounded by her loved ones.
She was born November 12, 1940 to Frank and Pauline Stonich who precede her in death along with her sister Peggy Lewis. She retired from National City Bank working in Commercial loans for 30 years. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Jerry Blackwell and three daughters: Christine (Michael) Will, Kim (Robert) Buschard, and Karen (Roger) Blackwell-Williams. Four grandchildren: Anna Shotts, Aaron (Maci) Will, Glenna Shotts, and Isaac (Amy) Will. Also surviving is one sister, Linda (Welton) Beliles, three great-grandchildren, several cousins, nieces and nephews, and her little dog Bentley.
Margaret was an avid reader and lover of animals. In her spare time, she loved gardening, working cross word puzzles, and spending time with family. She enjoyed making her famous homemade noodles and Slovenian potica roll. She will be missed most, for her loving tell it like it is guidance and Sunday dinners.
