Margaret L. Strubel, 100 of West Hartford, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, April 10, 2011 at the Saint Mary Home in West Hartford. Born on July 9, 1910 in San Bernardino, CA, she was a former resident of the McAuley for many years. Before moving to West Hartford, she resided in Avon and Sharon, CT with her second husband, the late Paul F. Strubel. Her first husband, The late Frank M. Mason was from Milford and was a Vice President of U.S. Electrical Motors and Commadore of the Milford Yacht Club.
Margaret is survived by her three children, Clifford Mason of Milford, Patricia Beres of Avon and Susan Metzger West Acton, MA; seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
