Margaret H. (OHearne) Quinn, 77, of Peru, passed away August 4, 2011 at Manor Court in Peru.

Mrs. Quinn was born January 14, 1934 in Woburn, Massachusetts to Joseph OHearne and Margaret (Foley) OHearne. She married George Frederick Quinn on February 8, 1953 in Woburn. Mrs. Quinn was a pioneer businesswoman in the insurance industry in Massachusetts. She was very proud of her Irish roots and a shamrock was featured prominently on the Quinn building in Wilmington, Massachusetts, the primary location of her company, the Anderson-Driscoll Insurance Agency. She was active in her community and in many business organizations. She loved to travel and trips included many parts of the United States and Bermuda. She was known as Aunt Honey to all her family and as Peggy to others. Her license plate simply read PQ. Aunt Honey and Uncle George were married for 58 years and Massachusetts was their long term home. They were both devoted to their dog, Suzie Q.

She is survived by her family; nieces, Maureen (Michael) Rebholz, Deborah (OHearne) Harmer, Susan (Patrick) ODoherty, Brenda (OHearne) Willis, Sheila Dobbins and Donna Dobbin; nephews, Richard (Jan) OHearne Jr., Mark (Ann) OHearne, Dan Dobbins, Brian OHearne, Kevin Dobbins and Allen Dobbins as well as many great and great-grand nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George F. Quinn in March 2011, her parents and her siblings, Richard OHearne, Joseph OHearne, Winifred Dobbins, and Francis OHearne. Pallbearers will be Richard OHearne Jr., Michael Rebholz, Matthew Rebholz, Joseph Rebholz, Mark OHearne and Dan Dobbins.
