Margaret Elaine Hooper Huff, 71, of Newport, Arkansas passed away on June 5, 2019 at Unity Health, Searcy Medical Center, Searcy, Arkansas.
She was born in Batesville, Arkansas on September 11, 1947 to Kenneth and Faye (Pasley) Hooper. Margaret retired as a nurse after working 30+ years in various hospitals and assisted living facilities. She was a member of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church. Margaret loved to read, play the piano and sing. She enjoyed her grandchildren and loved people.
Margaret is survived by her sons, Kenneth Max (Belinda) Pectol of Rosie, Arkansas and Eric Todd (Kimberly) Pectol of Columbia, Missouri; grandchildren, Samantha (Michael) Balser of Batesville, Arkansas, Dylan Harmon of Batesville, Arkansas, Spence Kyle Pectol of Rosie, Arkansas, Braden Eric Pectol of Rosie, Arkansas, Louisa Pectol, Isabelle Pectol and Carter Pectol all of Columbia, Missouri; sisters, Laura Beth (Jimmy) Johnson of Conyers, Georgia and Marilyn Faye (Harlen) Fike of Ben Lomond, Arkansas and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Kenny Huff and brother, Michael Hooper.
