Mrs. Margaret D. Slack, 90, of Heritage Village died Wednesday February 18th at her home. She was the wife of Tracy B. Slack Jr. Mrs. Slack was born April 10, 1918 in New York, NY the daughter of the late Edgar Paul and Anna (Csepcsanyi) Dreyman.
During the 1940’s she was employed by Blue Network in the RCA building in Rockefeller Plaza in New York City. She then worked as a Teacher’s Aide in the Bedford Central School District from the 1960’s through the 1970’s. After her retirement in 1982, she volunteered at the Harlem Valley Psychiatric Center at Northern Westchester Hospital in Mt. Kisco, New York. In 1993 she and her husband moved from Bedford Village, New York to Heritage Village in Southbury.
In addition to her loving husband of 63 years, she is survived by two sons, Tracy B. Slack III and his wife Janean and Paul Geoffrey Slack and his wife Kathleen, a daughter Annabelle Bailey and her husband Joe, five grandchildren, Amanda and Ross Bailey, Christopher Slack, Shelagh McLoughlin and her husband Ronan and Geoffrey Slack and his wife Rosa, a great granddaughter, Rosa Slack and a cousins, Priscilla and Wayne Dreyman.
