Margaret D. Decker Ragan, 85, Markleville, died February 28, 2006 at Rawlins House, Pendleton after extended illness. She was born March 16, 1920 in Anderson, Indiana, and resided in Markleville, Indiana. She lived in the Anderson/Markleville area all of her life. She retired in 1980 from Delco Remy Division of General Motors after 30 years of service. She graduated from Anderson High School in 1936. She was a member of the Navy Mother’s Club and UAW Local #662. She loved to crochet.

She is survived by her son: Robert ”Bob” & wife Betty Cox of Markleville. Two Sisters: Mary Meyer of Muncie and Marjorie Ruth Clark of Muncie. Grandchildren: Timothy E. Cox, Toby G. Margaret Cox, Dobie L. Brenda Cox, Jennifer L. Kevin Rhoton, Gregory Mary Cox, Phyllis Brockington, Tina Cox, Dina Ryan Cox, Pamela Cox and Cynthia Cox. Several Great Grandchildren.

She was preceded by her 1st husband: Gilbert M. Cox in 1950. 2nd husband: William K. Ragan in 2004. Parents: James W. & Bessie B. Johns Decker. Three Sons: Gilbert G. Cox, Kent O. Cox and Phillip M. Cox. Sisters: Grace Barnes Miller & Emma Eliason. Brothers: Bill Decker & John W. Decker.
