Norwich – Margaret Ann (Altschul) Shaughnessy, 86, lifelong resident of Norwichtown and wife of the late James W. Shaughnessy, died on Sunday evening January 31, 2016, in Norwichtown Rehabilitation and Care Center. Born in Norwich she was the daughter of the late Albert and Margaret Mary (Dingivan) Altschul.
Mrs. Shaughnessy was a graduate of the Norwich Free Academy graduating in 1947.
