Marcus Maurice Brandy, age 35, was born to Desree D Hawkins on 7-5-1985. He was the 2nd oldest of 6 siblings (4 brothers) Tyrone Anderson, Dewayne Jones (Modesty), Carlos Jones (Latoyia), Dominque White and (1 sister) Veronica Jones.
Marcus attended Arsenal Tech High School where he took on a trade in Auto Mechanic. He was a well-loved employee at Brothers Auto where he worked. He enjoyed Life, being around family and friends, there was nothing Marcus wouldn’t do for anyone. Just knowing and being around him there was never a dull moment and his smile, his laughter, his presence will be greatly missed.
Marcus was baptized at an early age, his love for the Lord and the Faith he had was shown and demonstrated with the Love he gave others.
Marcus would enjoy relaxing playing his Xbox with his brothers, cousins and friends, or hanging out with his two sons. Every day was a new day to him and no matter how he would feel putting a smile on someone else’s face made his day.
On July 22nd a 11:56pm Marcus received his wings. He leaves behind plenty of people who will continue to love him and keep his memory alive. 2 Sons, Jaque Isabelle “8” and Rayden Brandy “6”. His Mother and Stepfather, Desree & Gregory Hawkins. His Siblings, Tyrone, Dewayne, Carlos, Veronica, Dominque. 8 Nieces and 6 Nephews. 1 Uncle, Gerald Alexander. 1 Aunt, Kristy Alexander. 4 Great Aunts, Gween (Larry), Saundra, Dannel, Carolyn (David). 3 Great Uncles, William (Cherry), Delbert, Butchie. And a host of Cousins and Friends.
Marcus will be met on the other side by his 2 Grandmothers Edna and Dorothy. His 2 Grandfathers, Bobbie and Rev. Nash. His name sake Cousin, Marcus. As well as his Aunt, Robin Marie Hunter.
